Questions we hear most.

Do you handle new licensure, or just continuing education?

Continuing education only. TCEQ licenses operators directly — we deliver the contact hours required to keep your existing license in good standing.

How do I know which course matches my license category?

Each course card on the catalog page lists the eligible TCEQ OSSF categories. If you're between categories or coming up on renewal, call (979) 557-3017 and we'll talk through it.

Will I get a completion certificate the same day?

Yes — completion documentation listing the course, contact hours, and date is provided at the end of each session. Keep a copy for your renewal file.

Do you offer private group sessions for a company crew?

Yes, for groups of six or more. Send a message with your headcount, target dates, and which courses, and we'll work out logistics.

What payment methods do you accept?

Card payments are processed through Stripe at registration — no card information is stored in our forms. Group invoices are available for private sessions.

Can I reschedule if something comes up?

Call at least 48 hours before your session and we'll move you to a later date at no charge.
