From the field to the classroom.
Sure'Nuff Septic Services and Designs LLC operates out of 3108 Nichols Ave in Bay City, serving Matagorda County and the surrounding Texas Gulf Coast region. The business handles septic pump repair, float replacement, tank cleaning and maintenance, emergency service, and on-site sewage facility inspections — all the work covered in the classroom curriculum.
Jason personally manages every service job. That posture — direct, hands-on, accountable to the homeowner at the end of the driveway — carries into every CE session. Students often arrive expecting a slideshow and leave saying they got the same answers they'd get from a colleague who'd run the call last week, because that's almost literally what happened.
The customer feedback we hear most often shows up in the classroom too: he could have charged me for unnecessary work but was honest about everything. The teaching style is the same — call out what matters for renewal, skip the filler, answer questions directly.

No outcome guarantees
TCEQ — not the training provider — issues, renews, and verifies operator licenses. We deliver the contact hours and the field perspective; the regulator decides licensure. Any provider claiming a "guaranteed pass" should be a red flag.

License # only — never SSN
Registration captures your TCEQ-issued license number for the roster. We don't capture social security numbers, and we don't ask for them — license # is the identifier the regulator uses.

Hours counted the way TCEQ counts
Course duration is reported in contact hours — the unit on your renewal cycle. Completion documentation sized to slot into your records without translation.

Criminal-history disclosure handled at registration
TCEQ requires self-disclosure at licensing and renewal. The registration flow surfaces the regulator's disclosure language verbatim so it's clear what you're acknowledging.
